Do I need to pre-book the Airport Shuttle?
Yes, due to COVID-19 the Airport Shuttle is currently operating for pre-booked reservations only, both for Airport pick ups and Hotel pick ups. You can book online 12 hours in advance or call the office at 250.863.4213 for short term bookings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you have provided your flight details in your booking, we will track the flight status for you and move your reservation to the next available shuttle. If we do not have your flight details, please call us at 250.863.4213 to update your booking.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled please contact us (phone: 250.863.4213 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know. We can also help you rebook your Airport Shuttle when you have your new flight details.
Where does the Shuttle pick up at my Hotel?
For most hotels, we pick up at the main lobby entrance. If the shuttle picks up at a different entrance it will be noted on your confirmation email. Please meet your shuttle driver there at your scheduled pick up time, allowing for 5-10 minutes leeway on either end.
Where does the Shuttle pick up at the Airport?
The Shuttle picks up at Loading Zone #3 at the Kelowna International Airport. After you grab your checked bags at the luggage carousels, Loading Zone #3 is on the left side when you are exiting the arrivals area.
We also have a Kiosk inside the Airport next to the Tim Hortons. Please check in with your driver here at your scheduled pick-up time or meet the shuttle vehicle outside at Loading Zone #3.
What are your reservation office hours?
The office is open 9am to 5pm daily. We try to assist as much as possible outside of office hours as well, please call 250.863.4213 and leave a voicemail if your request is urgent, or email email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if the Airport Shuttle is late?
We do our absolute best to maintain our pick-up and drop off times. Please allow for 5 to 10 minutes leeway for other pick ups. If the Shuttle is running later than this, the dispatch office will let you know in advance or if you would like to contact us to find out the status of the shuttle please call our dispatch line at 250.863.4213.
Do you pick up and drop off at Residential Addresses?
Yes, we can often accommodate residential pick ups and drop offs that are near our Airport Shuttle Route. Please contact us (phone: 250.863.4213 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org) to request a Residential booking.
What if I need a Private Airport Shuttle or Group Shuttle?

How can I pay for my Airport Shuttle?
When booking online, prepayment is required by Credit Card. We can also take cash or credit card right on the shuttle bus. Some hotels offer complimentary Airport Shuttle service and will provide you with a Promo Code for you to use when you book online.
I have a Hotel Promo Code for my Airport Shuttle – how do I use it?
The Promo Code is for you to book a complimentary Airport Shuttle Online. Please follow our Online Booking Procedure noted below.
How do I book a Shuttle Online?
- Please go to our Airport Shuttle webpage and please note your Hotel’s Zone (listed when you scroll down) then click “Book Online Now”.
- You can book a Round Trip or One Way Trip by clicking the buttons at the top. We will then need your Hotel Zone location, Shuttle Date(s), how many guests, Pickup & Dropoff Locations. We also recommend putting in your flight information so we can track any flight delays for you. You can then choose your pickup time by clicking “Book” in the right-hand column – for a round trip, you’ll select two time slots and then scroll down to “Add to Cart”.
- You will then see a Summary of your booking and the pricing on the right-hand side. If you have a Promo Code, please click “Have a Promo Code?”, enter it, and hit “Apply”. You will then see the pricing updated with your Promo Code noted and then click “Checkout”.
- From here we will need your First & Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number. If you have any notes about your bookings, please put in the comments, then check the button to agree to our Policies and hit the “Pay” Button to confirm.
- You will then receive a Confirmation Email from us with a Summary of your booking (please check your Spam folder if it does not land in your inbox).

Do I need to call to re-confirm my Airport Shuttle Reservation?
If you have received an e-mail confirmation or confirmation number from us, we have you booked in – no need to reconfirm! You will receive a reminder email about your shuttle booking 48 hours in advance.
Which Hotels do you pickup at?
We service all the Kelowna Hotels – they are listed online on our Airport Shuttle webpage. If your hotel, Air BNB, or address is not listed, please contact us to assist you in booking an Airport Shuttle (phone: 250.863.4213 or email: email@example.com).

How much does the Airport Shuttle Cost?
Our Airport Shuttle pricing is based on which Zone your pick up or drop off address is in. Our full pricing list can be found by clicking “Click for Full Schedule & Shuttle Rates”. For single guests the one-way rates range from $17.00 to $25.00/person.
Can I bring my pet on the Airport Shuttle?
Yes, we accept all pets in the same carriers that the Airlines accept.
What if I have a lot of luggage or large items?
Our shuttle vehicles have large luggage storage areas. Please let us know if you have a large amount of luggage, skis or golf bags in the comments section when booking online or contact the office to book (phone: 250.863.4213 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Do you provide Car Seats or Booster Seats for children?
Yes, please request a car seat or booster seat when you book in the comments section when booking online, or contact the office directly to book (phone: 250.863.4213 or email: email@example.com). Much like a taxi, you are not required to have your child in a car seat / booster while riding in a shuttle vehicle.
