Kelowna Concierge is pleased to provide private Big White Ski Shuttle Services from the Kelowna International Airport, Kelowna Area and Intermountain transportation to and from Big White Ski Resort. Our private services allow you to choose your pickup time and location and ensure your group remains separated from others. Our shuttle vehicles are fully equipped for mountain driving with professionally trained drivers, we also have enhanced cleaning protocols and precautions. We handle all your transportation details, so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning mountain drive.

Terms & Conditions

18% Driver Gratuity & 5% GST will be applied to all Private Ski Shuttle bookings.

Grocery Store & Liquor Store stops are easily accommodated and included in the Private Ski Shuttle price, please inquire if you would like those services added on to your shuttle.

25% Non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking in its entirety, Kelowna Concierge Ltd. will retain the 25% deposit. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to your service date a 50% cancellation fee will be applied and if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your service date a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
